Monday!!

Ok, today's quite an interesting start. Saw tons of ppl in the morning! Ok, first, when i reach the busstop, saw my primary sch fren's (shit!!! wats his name?) brother..err...(wat's this one's name too..=x)..him. Ya, so saw him and took 61 together. Talk for some while, and found out he's a yr 1! I thought he was yr 2 CE, cos he noe CE from CE..err..clare from chem engineering who's yr 2 :p So lalala, 61 took 30 minutes to come today..and its ultra crowded. On normal days, sure get to sit 1. Today, after everyone from my stop squeezed into the bus, it was 97% packed le. :( So stand there, and listen to radio..and saw yii rui at the back. Ok, so that's 2 already. Then pass near Holland Village that busstop and saw yaqin (i had the feeling i'll see her today) but she didnt managed to get onto the bus. Yes..it was so crowded le..:(

After that, arrived at Jelita Shoppin Centre there and guess what? I saw astrid!! Haha, the bus driver very nice, stop specially for astrid. Hehe, and she was like, can board anot that kinda feeling? Cos driver accelerate, stop, accelerate, stop that kinda of undecisiveness. Ok, i think u get the idea. That amounts to 4 le! Oh ya..forgot. I saw another too, at a stop eariler than yaqin's stop. So it was 5! Next..on the bus no one already. So lalala, was msg-ing yaqin and astrid..and reached school. Upon alighting, was looking for astrid (surprisingly..its either she's too shor* or i juz cock eye :p), cant seem to find her...and yii rui talking to me too. Everyone was like all around me and i dunno who to say hi and bye to. Haha, feels funny. Then saw astrid and juz about to enter gate and saw faye too. So i was asking astrid y she take that 61 bus and when she's explaining, roseline pops out from no where! Ok, that's 7 le. :)

Then at the zebra crossing, yii rui went "Wanting? Eh, wanting.." Then i turn around and saw her. Haha, long time nver get to see her err..upclose le..she looks different (everyone looks slightly different these days). Ya, so was like talking talking then they left for their LT. So just when i turn, next i saw noella! She also goin for her CGMP lecture. Lalala, and ya, found out that wanting opt-ed for BTN...actually, their whole class did...but their whole class no 1 kana. ??!! Also dunno why. First come first serve perhaps. Anyway..that's about all. I saw 9 different people on my way to school today!! WoW! Once again, im surprised..:p

Ok, so that's for the best thing of the day. Then its PCR again..haiz. We went and complyed all our 300 samples to see which one is falci and vivax. We had only around 70+ falci..need ard 100. Dilly dally (i dunno y..always cant go into lightspeed..:( ) for the morning..and prepared PCR primary master mix. After doing my 42 samples..i realised i screwed up (YES! finally..:) ) So was redoing, and the girls was "see la, talk so much"..haha. Cos i was disturbing fiona..she ask me about CGMP..and how 2 answer the qn. I just replied "err..cos low shear, no turbulence, inlet muz clamp, sample port muz clamp..." haha, purposely go into BTN terms..but forgot she takes BTN too. :( Shld have went into agonist and antagonist and deepview..haha. Quite fun..then hup found something wrong with his master mix too (he seems to have not enough..managed to do 18 samples from a 22 sample mix..so 190 ul was missing!?) and he redo too. Haha, oh ya..(bad storyteller..yaya) and before that, the CGMP ppl came in or rather..flooded the lab to look at their agar. Funny enough, 3/4 was kicked out cos either no lab coat or slippers. Then that fiona best..forday was like..chasing everyone out..but she (wearing slippers) just stood there and no 1 saw her feet. I was so amazed..haha, she avoided detection!! And forday went for 2nd round of checking..still..she stands there..and no1 saw!! =x Its either no one ever pay attention to her (shit..is she reading this) or she really noe how to camoflouge into the surrondings. Muz ask her to teach someother day.

Then hup was wearing muihui's lab coat (he's so proud of his chest too..hehe) and complaining y the lab coat so tight. Haha, u get what he's hinting? Then muihui came in and they started bickering again..so cute. Poor muihui, lost to a guy..:p Ok, so wat happened next? Wasted PCR..and while doing PCR, me, eugene and hup went into singing singapore song. BUt change to PCR-ians..haha..this is my machine, this is my taq..this is my pipette, this is my tubes, these are my malaria, these are my tips...we are PCR, PCR-ians..LOL. Ya, something like that..u can imagine our boredness. :) Ok basically finished primary only..:( Along the way of slacking, fiona was asking me the *secret* thing when actually she noe already. Well, its a "err, huh? Ahh..oook.." type of thing for me...haiz And i was wondering, "what she wan to ask?" -shrugs-

Went home early today...woohoo! Shiok right? Didnt know i was that tired..:( Ok, so eat dinner, do DDD and im watching smallville now. "Somebody saVe mEe!!~", gosh i love this part. Ok, show start leh..over and out! :)
