Hmm, i think i should cut the crap and essay writing on my blog le..simply no time to continue writing for 1 hr everynite..=x

Ok, its a tuesday~ Going through my pfcrt stuff now..tio "shoot" by Dr Zaman (and Dr Koh, which i'll go into) when we were in her office discussing the experimental results. And ya..i found out we did the silliest mistake ever..=x SHIT MAN! I think i go into the day's happenings first..so today we did RE digestion with Apo1 (took us 2 hrs) and after that...ran gel. Tons of breaks in between (actually..we were stoning), so it was a slow day. Went to present our DDD to Dr koh and there's where i got shot too. :(

So eugene went in first..and came out soon after that. Then i went in..and errr...ya. Showed him the pictures..and got asked alot of questions which i dunno how to answer. Its alot of biochemistry and basics...eg: Do you noe what are hydrophobic interactions. I was thinking in the context: "if he ask wat is an ionic bond..and i answer its a bond btw a metal and non-metal...i don think he will be satisfied". So i was trying to squeeze out the chim-est answer i could bring up. End result? "Izzit a bond between 2 non-polar/hydrophobic molecules?", which i think its totally secondary-school-answer and unprofessional. Sobx, i dunno what is he looking for!! Then another qn: "Do you what it means when Deepview selects non-polar amino acids". So my answer was: "Errr....select amino acids that are....non-polar?". Haiz...i got trapped in my own answer like that. Sobx (again). His ans: "select a.a that have non-polar side chains..cos the NH2 and the COOH will surely be polar 1". Haiz...so you can see the routine? Use the qn as the answer. Man..i felt so embarrased. My basics aint THAT bad 1 lor..but i totally made a bad impression of myself that day. Its the very few times when i feel stressed making conversations. And i mean STRESSED! I literally froze up..and every wrong answer (90% answers were wrong..=x)..my head inside rang a loud buzzer. SOBX!

I don dare to type le..think will hv nightmares if i type too much. (still sobbing internally) Ya..so then, went out..and i was talking abt how i got shot around..and realise he's standing behind me. Haiz..no place to hide my embarrased face. Then tahan until lift..while walking towards canteen 3..i was still talking about it. Then...hup whispered: "careful..koh behind". AH!! Hope he nver hear me..again........... Haiz...so ate..then we ate together at the same table. HAIZ......cannot make it. I was already totally embarassed...so..it was a horrible experience. I always got the feelin he's telling me mentally: "Hehehehehehehe...i overheard you orh!~" You know..the cheeky thing he does sometimes...its totally on my side la..this type of feeling..but still? Its like...haiz.... Anyway..ya..i had my "first time" today. You know? In life, you will hv alot of "1st times" and today is one of them. I saw a stranger..sitting at 2 o'clock..and ya..she's a girl..she's wearing a pretty short skirt...and ya...her leg was wide open. =x Im not going in depth.

Then go back lab..saw muihui. She said fiona was sick (you ok?) and errr..ya...she brought comics to the lab (for us to see??). I think she wans to continue the topic left behind (the dirty comics thing?) and ya...i browsed through only. Not to see dirty things (getting defensive huh?)..but to try and see whether the drawing (of the manga) is nice anot. Ok...nice is not a gd word...whether the drawing was gd in a professional way of drawing. You know? Some drawers (haha..new word by ger) have their drawing of body proportions wrongly done up and stuff. So the person looks slanted and stuff. Ya..i don like though type. Was asking astrid which 1 looks nicer..then mel and hup jumped in..saying "no no, astrid..don look inside". Wa lau..i look that crazy to you? Anyway..i think its natural for ppl to misunderstand..i juz wan her to compare which 1 is drawn nicer..-shrugs- Oh well..no offense taken. Then wat happened? Oh..we went to do our gel..astrid was playing (doing work la) in our lab..muihui also..and our gel came out weird. All seems to have mutation. So went down to discuss with Dr zaman..and that's where we got shot again. So Dr zaman was tellin us..did you do this control and stuff? I know we should have done it...but it would be too perfect liao lor. Cos it was our trial only..we only seeing if it works..then she thought we analysed everything sui sui liao..den come find her 1. Well...i've decided. Enough, next time..we prepare for war before going inside. So she was asking "Did you all check whether the journals have such high percentage of mutations as well" that type of qn..is this type called high expectations?

So that was the day..oh ya..the screwed thing i think it was a false alarm..so tats it. I think i have a totally embarassing today..was calling everyone to help check...all the hooha..=x Oh..got a side-story:
Walked past the place where i played "dumb and dumber" with a cat. So this cat was at this lift lobby near my hse..and it's juz sitting down there minding its own business. So i decided to disturb it and stand 3 metres away from it and then don move liao. It stared at me..then went to stare at something else. Then i purposely wave my leg to catch its attention again. For the first few times..it gave me the "Huh? wat's goin on" face..then started to ignore me. Then i wave again...and this time..the lift door helped me too. So i distract the cat, it looked at me..then door opens (got sound) and it looks at the door. Then i purposely wave my leg again to catch its attention then door closes. Haha..the cat's face looked so confused. Dunno where to look. It lasted around 2 minutes..then it walked away..bored and gave the "Bo liaoz...." look. Then when it went behind a wall (you know..walls at the void deck?) and i went to play indian dance with it. So walls got 2 sides..left and right..i peeked out right..it looked at me..and then i change sides quickly to the left and it turned to look at me in that direction. Lol, that was fun. So i went "peek a boo~" here...and jump to the other side and "boo!" at it. That lasted 3 minutes..so the cat really stoning down there..gave me the "Huh? how come this human can appear suddenly from here to there" look. Lol, then it started giving the "Oei..wat u wan" look..and finally the "This human is mad" look and graced away. Hahahaha, i was in a good mood..so then i followed it..to see if i can play more. But the cat obviously got sick of me..and after 2 metres of stalking..it ran away. Gosh i love that cat..it learned the slacker's trait..stoning. :)

Ok, thats all. I took 1 hr again..and i wanted to type less 1. Oh well...then its ouTz` time..tata. (i feel like im typin a story)
Btw: Np server got worm! Almost every1 in np today got the worm..that auto-shuts down XP. Kawaii!! No need to do assignment! Mel down! Can sleep early! :) nitezz
