Its a tuesday! Ok...reached school early late (again?! ah!!) and waited for mel to come. Decided to go find Dr Zaman to discuss the optimisation step for our mutation PCR reactions..but found out she's at block 40. Well, juz nice..since we wanted to go block 40 do DDD deepview assignment too if she's not in. So carried our bags to block 40 and managed to find her. The fishball girl from the "entertain the big shot" girl was helping us find her..den she very cute. Zaman was in the lab (in the small room at the back) so when the fishball girl found her..she kinda shouted to us..den waves hurriedly and was telling us to come faster...as if got one really big secret liek that. Me and eugene still walk slowly..so she signal to us and looks irritated by our "walk-slowly-la" attitude. =x Why so enthustic to bring us to Dr Zaman?? Haha

Den discussed with Dr Zaman. She says to keep the concentration of the components to that of the multiplex..keep it the same..then don use the gradient PCR (which is used to find the optimium temperature) . She say concentration of MgCl2 is impt/critical..so keep to the annealing temp (which is also beri impt) and play around with these factors. Ok..very well..got her point..so went out to comp lab to do DDD's deepview. So went inside..then after a while..someone caught my attention! Its meiqi!! She's having VB lab over the other side..den havent start yet..so i was signing to her and all. Haha..we didnt quite understand each other..=x So repeat our msg alot of times..then her class starts. Teacher purposely come and close the door (signal to me to oei..siam la..but i was signing through the window) so i went to do my work. Then jiaming and astrid came along soon (not together) and we started concentrating and discussing. So lalala, i don seem to be able to type everything down wat happened (err..u think i can remember?!) so lalala (im beginning to like that phrase more and more) and so, after discussing some more...realised meiqi's class over liao..so pop over.

They doing PQS!! Haha, one of the ADs i somehow tyco get..and they cannot print. Didnt managed to help them..so sad. Then have to go off for lunch (really hungry) and ate 1/2 spring chicken..my favourite. Haha, serving was ok..and chicken slowly eat it. Then they were talking talking while i enjoy it..so lalala, after eating..went back lab to finish up our deepview. Got the hang of it le (jiaming got Dr Koh on the phone..so we were asking how 2 do it) and then everything was quite easy. Along the way...was discussing about mentor outing (delayed one of 2f04..haha) and about Dr Koh's nice house that he lend us to play in. Then around 4..we went back to lab (Astrid wan to do some lab work) and we prepared TBE 10x. Saw the girls (juz realised that they were the only other official occupants of #340702!) and ya! played with a balloon along the way...kicked it all the way from block 40. Wonder how izzit doing overnight in our lab? Hmm...then hydrated the primers. What else? Waited for astrid lor and watched them happening in the GCMS lab..actually, they were playing cards la. So went home and lalala, usual routine..eat dinner and do work. Finished my Deepview le! yay!
