This is regarding the payment for my IAP. Recently, my supervisor approached me regarding payment of my allowance as there will be some paperwork to do if it's confirmed that the department is paying me. It seems there is some misunderstandings on who is paying me.

From my understanding and what I told them, unless the official letter given to us by the school states "nil" or "$0.00" under the field of allowance, it means that the institute or company is paying us. In my case, it states $420.00 per month, so I assumed NUS will be paying me. However, the principal investigator, Assc. Prof. Chua Kaw Yan, seems to indicate otherwise. Hopefully, you will be able to contact her and clarify the matter on my behalf. If any case should happen that the school is paying me, when do I have to come down to collect the green form as pointed out by you in the last briefing?

kns, i dunno how is paying me. Anyway..today so slack. Western blot..but i not enough sleep..really. I literally slept when my supervisor is talking to me. And today funny too, i watied 45 minutes..msged jm, peishan, ryan, fiona..finding some1 to eat lunch. Den only jm replied. Im 1/2 way waitin for jm..when fiona msged. So communication breakdown..end up i ate with jm, peishan and eugene. Den fiona low batt, so msged like cannot go through, call cannot go through. Juz nice some1 (shld be elizabeth) called me..i was pressing "no"/cancel call. Argh..den i call back..she nver pick up. Fiona msged me to call liz..but i dunno her number. Finally got it from peishan..but still..no 1 pick up. Total communication breakdown..lol.
