Today ah?

Had a sms chat session with fiona..for the whole day. I happen to have my 1 hr incubation..n she happen to do nothing. That went for the whole day..i think got around 30 sms? Alamak. Den eat lunch. Was horribly late..ard 30 minutes..cos hv to finish my western blot. Sat in front of chicken rice store, the dumpling have a really weird aftertaste, don mix well with the meat inside (that's a disaster). Fiona and elizabeth came soon..so i ate with them. Jm they all need to rush back (he also doin his expt) and funny..eugene was supposed to join..he went to NUH and got fed up. He went back to TLL to eat..:(

Talk abt fat and thin ppl..hmm..they can make me talk in a different way. A more..natural way ba. Den went back..got this funny thing. So i was incubating my samples on this rotator..and i went back to my lab to rest my feet. My supervisor was doing her work la, and on her way back..she saw this person moving the rotator into the cold room. Huh? So my supervisor came back and tell me..whether im still using the rotator..i said yes. She told me to check if my samples are there anot..so i went. Abit shocked when i saw the rotator missing. So i went to ask kaww weeee whether he's using the rotator. He said yes..den i replied im using it for my samples leh. He say huh? i didnt see anything leh. =x

Speechless, i went back to ask my supervisor wat to do. Cos i went to the cold room to check out the rotator and there it was! So the situation is like that: unless u are blind.....ya. I told my supervisor..she also give the "this is absurb" look. she told me to ask him again (aiya..she didnt give me a more tactful way) and if he got problem, come and find her. So i told kaw wee..my samples are there. Then he said oh..ok lor...u use 1st. =x Wa? That's not so bad. Later, being the nice me, i told him (like its my fault like that), so after using, i put it back for u la..k? He replied then can u find out for me who's tube that is on the rotator? Ask him/her if it can be incubated at 4 oC. I totally went =x. TMD! U know all along the rotator got something?!! and u juz took it away?! =x

Finally..today..i went to dark room to paly. Haha..ultra fun!!they got this realllY! cute rotating door..like in the movies like that, when u rotate the door, it'll open to a secret room. WOOO!! haha..my heart was acutally pacing when i turn the door. Hahaha..den this really mysterious room pops out after a split second of darkness..right on my feet. haha..someday..i bring u all in. REally exciting. Den the dark room, when u close the light, is ultimate darkness. Yes..no light. U might say: so? sch also got dark room ma. Sch 1 is uv..den will still hv UV/white light shinin when u do ur work..so not so dark. For my case: safelight spoil liao..so i cannot see. No light..and i work in the darkness! FUN!! So i hv to try to find this thing (eg, sissor to cut my film..yes..cut in the darkness) and do alot of things. Haha..fun. and the photocopy like machine in our np dark room? That's to develop film..there's 1 inside the dark room that looks exactly the same.

But i go no bands..:( Even positive control not working. So we think its the secondary Ab not working. Cos biotin marker is shining. Haiz..i jus got reminded. The darkness brings memories..the only night i spent over at faye's hse..me and her nia. It was in this darkness that we had our 1st, proper embrace. It was the first and last one when tears aint shed. Darkness, surprisely brought forward courage..i was thinking. Anyway..the darkness part is nice..but not nice too.

Ok..NUS is paying me liao..so gd gd. Dr Koh coming down next week. I love my place..and my heart is starting to ache..cos i don wan to remember 1..funny hor? Oh.."try not to think about it". Hehe..kk
