Great, today results came out for coomassive dying (dying? actually, it was gel-code..another type of dye). Yay, we got to see our purified chimeric protein on the SDS-PAGE gel. So happy..but not perfect..it considered of 4 bands..renee will look into it tomorrow. 3 cheers for the hardworking CHO cells!

Day started off badly..did 2 similar mistakes..but didnt get scolded for it. Like how i tell alison, im sortof smoking my way through. Loi, jk jk. It wasnt serious, so no point making a big fuss out of it. Its simply forgetting to denature one of my samples (which of course i corrected immediately). Ok, got a better word for that. Called hiccups. :)

Told renee that im hving one of those days..where i cant seem to do anything right. She understands!! Haha. Oh, mother lab has a new colleauge (till now..i still dunno hts). She's this cute girl..12 yrs old..and at first i joked about her being an attachment student too. Hehe..but i shut my trap after finding out from hy she's actually boss's boss's daughter. In other words, she's the PI's daughter. Omg..she's very haughty kind too..wonder if that's a correct description. Im feeling sleepy..izzit due to dinner?

My face..still crooked. Man, no face to jian ren sia. Luckily, its a mild case and no one can actually notice it. Neurotic disorder, i love you. Can someone slap my left side? Maybe it can help stimulate and get my face to recover faster.

To end it all, my charger ended up at my brother's camp. No phone for tml..and zun zun it low batts today. And i thought i lost it. Oh well..gonna go study abit on my SAT I. Sigh, bad feeling..i think i'll flung SAT I? Probably, perhaps, maybe.
