stress

today..went to sch to do project. We decided to pia our project. Last drug resistance to screen. DHPS. We calculated. 80 samples, 5 codons. 2 tubes for each codon (wild vs mutation). We need to do a rescreen to confirm the status of the resistance. 80*5*2*2 = ? 1600. Somebody, kill me. I think overall, our project is gonna do 3000+ PCR tubes. 1/2 of the project by 2 days..ambitous? I say an unreachable target. AHHHH

The irony? PCR is the easy part. Imagine running 1600 gel samples. lets say 1600/40. tat's like 40 gels. 1 gel 1 hr. We snatch all the gel tanks in blk 34. 1.5 hrs to load 2 gels. 1 hr to run. 2.5 hrs per 2 gels? 2 ppl do. or maybe 4 ppl do. maybe we still need 2 days. OMFG!!!!!!!!!!

WE DONT HV ENOUGH PCR MACHINES AND TANKS!! SOMEBODY SAVE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

ok, tat was juz now. guess wat? see the note? A halt into destressing. Whine also cannot. totally unsympathetic. was forced to scream "ahhhhh" at winnie's and py's window. Oh well, not gonna take too much offense. but heres a lesson in life. If someone screams, scream with him/her. The person will feel better (wat i wanted now)

ok, i keep adding and adding. today, i really feel demoralised. one of those days. Sounds girly, but i wish there's someone for me to hug and go to bed with (not horny meaning). gonna turn in liao. tml, PCR. may they burn in hell..DNA.......

BUT!! the after-whining effect is sinkin in. Feeling prepared to tackle the hard chore tml. Work hard yixiong. Nothing brings down a man. Need be, juz screw everything else. (YES SIR!!).
