im back from malacca!! man..it was..cosy. very cosy. we stayed in my fren's ex-collegue's hse..and they really took care of us. i meant really. totally friendly and humble..they gave us (quote frm gerard) a good real feel of wat malacca is about. lived in a malacca hse..broke their tap (ger is strong!), spent some time crawlin their attic (ros did tat) to off the water..tried repairing in vain, went to bed with gerard (shared bed! gay!). oh..before tat played bridge till 3:30..oh well. lets try to be more organised..

took bus from lavender mrt (near there) to malacca. reached there, put bag at jac's hse (ros is jac's sis), ate dinner (satay steamboat..the "water" is satay sauce..then u dip sticks of things inside), went back, chatted and played bridge..went to bed, broke tap, tried to repair tap, slept.

day 2:
woke up. they made chicken rice. chicken on a plate. rice rolled into balls. balls of "sushi". their home made chilli was great. :) then went out jalan jalan, learnt malay and wat the commands in drills meant! shopped alot..then went back. jac guessed we placed money (for lodgin etc..bu hao yi shi la) inside the thank you card. most likely have to do with her masters in pyschology?

anyway..it was really great spending 2 days 1 night there. very friendly..very nice ppl. touchin trip? :)
