and yup..been wanting to blog but was kinda lazy to do so..

so after my exams ended, had this streak of busy days..running errands, going job agencies to sign up, meeting up with honors project profs, meeting some old frens and having lunch with gf.

then the job agency called to jio me for a 5 day job as a helper for redemption counter. company was lancome. so...wat did i learn from the 5 day assignment?

- the working people cracks dirty jokes sometimes..at the most unexpected moments
- makeup can either make u look younger, or older. i call it..the amazing techinque
- the store manager yvonne was an extremely nice person!!
- irene (sumathi, leong), mee yee, alvin, jenna are all very nice persons too! well...actually..lets just say that they nver eat me :)
- i look freaky young for someone my age. all of them guessed me as 20.......
- doing sales is tough cos u have to stand alot
- the redemption counter girls (rachel and zabel) have two very very different personalities
- i was very gian beng...when during the "interview"..i actually hinted asking abt buying loreal products at a discount. omg omg omg =x
- too bad in the end...the sales executive didnt really get back to me..haha
- it was a fun job...pretty easy money cos i had nothing much to do
- hope the want-to-work feeling continues..

and then...i pretty much slacked abit. went to shop for gf's present as well. and...after meeting 3 profs...i've decided on my honors project!! characterization of a rat model for tuberculosis in vivo studies. excited wor...well..to a certain extent. will be at biopolis..so prob gonna have lunch with edmund xD

maybe should find a day to go back to the counter and find the nice people :)
